Fresh and perfect for summer!

Such an easy summer side dish. It tastes so fresh and comes together very quickly, and I promise it will impress your tastebuds!

| Time: | 15 minutes | Serving size: | 3 cups |
Ingredients:
- 1 container cherry tomatoes
- 1 c mozzarella pearls
- 1 big handful fresh basil
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic
- Salt to taste

Directions:
- Chop tomatoes and mozzarella pearls in half.
- Thinly slice basil.
- Combine in all ingredients and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy in bowls, on a sandwich or all by itself!
Tips:
- My favourite flavour combo: There is just something about avocado with bruschetta that is extra good. I love putting this on avo toast and would highly recommend!
