So savoury, crispy and versatile!

Ingredients:
- 1 block tofu
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp neutral oil

Directions:
- Slice tofu thinly (roughly 0.5cm or 1/4 inch thick) and marinate in soy sauce for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat pan over medium-high heat. Coat bottom of pan lightly in oil. Gently place tofu in pan, creating a single layer on the bottom (I usually have to do 2 batches). Let tofu cook until bottom starts to get golden, approximately 5-7 minutes. Then flip and continue to cook.
- Let cool on wire rack and enjoy 😊
