Chimichurri? Salsa verde? Green Chutney? All/none of the above?

This recipe is so versatile, you really can’t go wrong, it’s a great way to use up whatever produce you may have sitting in the back of your fridge. Depending on your herb/citrus combinations this would go perfectly with Indian food, Latin American food, Thai food, I’ve even put this on Korean fried rice before and it added such good brightness, so your mind is the limit here!

Ingredients:
- 4 handfuls of fresh herbs/greens
- 3 scallions
- 1-2 tbsp lime/lemon/rice vinegar (depending if you are a citrus fiend or not)
- Hot peppers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2-4 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste

Directions:
- Add all ingredients to blender/food processor and blend it up.
- That’s it one step and you’re done! Enjoy 😊
Tips:
- Ingredient Suggestions: For herbs I recommend: cilantro, parsley, basil, mint, dill, thai basil, spinach, or oregano. For peppers: Thai chilies, a jalapeno, a habanero, depending how much spice you can handle.
