The best creamy salad dressing!

This is another salad dressing that got me eating an excessive amount of greens. It is a great way to use up ANY leftover greens you have in the back of your fridge and give them new life! The creamy element is also very versatile, whether you have mayo, sour cream, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, some cream cheese, anything will work!

| Time: | 15 minutes | Serving size: | 1.5 cups |
Ingredients:
- 1 c total of a mix of:
- Mayo
- Greek yogurt
- Cottage cheese
- Sour cream
- 3-5 stalks green onion
- 1 big handful fresh basil
- 1 big handful parsley
- 1-2 tbsp dried dill
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4c water

Directions:
- Add all ingredients to food processor/blender and blend until smooth. That’s it you have delicious salad dressing!
Tips:
- Mix up the flavour: Use any combo of herbs or veg you have on hand. Spinach works in this, adding hot peppers would be delish. If you don’t have the cilantro soap gene, then cilantro would be great as well!
- Make it vegan: Use your favourite vegan yogurt or veggenaise for a yummy vegan dressing!
