The perfect crispy, fudgy, crackly cookie!

| Time: | 30 minutes | Serving size: | 16 cookies |
Ingredients:
- 1c chocolate chips
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c flour
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt chocolate and butter. Let cool slightly.
- Add sugars, eggs and vanilla. Mix vigorously until slightly bubbly.
- Fold in flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt.
- Bake 8-12 minutes, depending on how large you want your cookies. If you really want crackly cookies, take the cookies out of the oven halfway and tap the tray on the counter so cookies deflate. Put back in oven and then tap again when you take the cookies out once they’re done.

Tips:
- Make it freezer friendly: Once you have made the cookie dough, roll it into balls. Spread balls out on plate and put in freezer for 30 minutes. Once solid, transfer cookie dough balls to freezer safe bag/container. Whenever you want a cookie just pop out a cookie ball and bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes.
