Such a hearty, satisfying meal!

Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini, largely diced
- 1 onion, largely diced
- 1 c cabbage, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 portions noodles
- 1/4c black bean paste
- 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:
- Heat saucepan over medium heat. Add enough oil such that the pan is covered in a thin layer of oil. Fry 1/4c black bean paste for a few minutes, then remove from pan and set aside.
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Add zucchini, onion, cabbage and garlic to pan. Once soft, add 1/2 c water, fried black bean paste and sugar and let reduce.
- Serve veggies over noodles, alongside protein of choice and enjoy!
Tips:
- Make it freezer friendly: I would recommend freezing after slicing the cookies. When you are ready to eat, spread them out on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
