Such an easy go-to meal!

| Time: | 15 minutes | Serving size: | 2 servings |
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt to taste

Directions:
- Heat pan over medium heat. While waiting for it to heat, crack 4 eggs into a bowl and scramble. Add oil to pan and cook scrambled eggs until set.
- Add another drizzle of oil to pan, add garlic and let cook until golden. Add tomato, sugar, soy sauce and a sprinkle of salt.
- Let cook until mushy, then add eggs back in and stir to combine.
- Serve alongside rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds and enjoy 😊
