My favourite condiment!

| Time: | 10 minutes | Serving size: | 1/2 cup |
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c neutral oil
- 2 tbsp Sichuan chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 minced scallion

Directions:
- Add chili flakes and any other flavourings to heat-safe bowl
- Heat oil in saucepan, to test wwhen it is done, stick in a wooden utensil, if you see bubbles you’re good to go!
- Pour hot oil into bowl with chili flakes and enjoy the sizzle. Transfer to a jar and store as long as you want.
