The perfect brunch dish!

Ingredients:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 eggs

Directions:
- Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat, once warm, add garlic, onion, cumin, paprika. Let cook until fragrant.
- Add tomatoes, peppers, salt and sugar and let cook until saucy (5-10 minutes)
- Create 4 wells in pan, cracking one egg into each.
- Cover pan and let cook over medium-low heat until whites have set (5-10 minutes), letting it cook longer for more set egg yolks.
- Serve alongside some pita bread and enjoy 😊
