The perfect vessel for any filling or toppings of your choice!

| Time: | 30 minutes | Serving size: | 12 cream puffs |
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c water
- 1/4 c milk
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c flour
- 3 eggs
- Toppings/fillings of choice: whipped cream, ice cream, chocolate, nutella, pastry cream … the options are endless!

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Add water, milk, butter, sugar, salt to saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Once sugar has all dissolved and butter is all melted, remove from heat.
- Add flour, add back to medium heat until film forms on bottom of pan.
- Remove from heat.
- Add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition
- Add batter to piping bag (or Ziploc and then cut a corner cut off) and pipe 12 swirly blobs onto tray. If you want them to look smooth and nice, wet your finger and smooth out any edges.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool then fill with your fillings of choice, whipped cream, pastry cream or ice cream are some of my favourites! Dip/drizzle chocolate on them if you want, go crazy!
